Thank you for your email back in April re: our pool. Yes we have finished it. We would love to send you a photo for your website but the damn camera has spat the dummy. Our pool looks fantastic, Laurie did say it was a bit of work putting it in, fencing, excavations, tiling and hotmixing etc but he did do it all himself and found your instructions easy to follow. We probably had more hassle with our Council than anything else - some of the forms we had to fill out were a bit confusing.
I can't believe that one of my dreams has come through and we have our very own pool. It looks a million dollars, is more than large enough for the whole family and was so very reasonable to buy. We have told everyone we know about it and if you have any customers down this end of the world who would like to see one in action or talk about the pros and cons we would be more than happy to talk to them.

Late last year we purchased a 9.1m x 4.5m ‘Finishrite’ swimming pool from Danny.
Danny provided excellent before and after sales service. He provided valuable advice on the shape and size best suited to our section, what ‘extras’ would be right for us, heating and cover options, excavation advice and assisted with the council and fire hydrant permits. The after sales service was also great, Danny came over to ensure that the products he sold us were working well and the water levels were right.
We did extensive research of the pools available on the market and decided the ‘Finishrite’ pool offered excellent value for money. With the Finishrite pool we were able to use a salty chlorinator and have walk-out stairs which are features usually only available with fiberglass or concrete pools.
We would be happy to recommend Danny and Finishrite pools to any prospective purchaser. Our pool was delivered on time and the product was exactly as represented.

We finally decided that we wanted a swimming pool to enjoy with our family but wanted it to be affordable while still being of a high quality. Contour Pools came to the party and helped us select and build our pool. Danny gave us excellent advice on the size and placement on our site then continued right through the process to give us the backup we needed.
The instructions were easy to follow and anything we needed help with was clarified very quickly. The kitset was simple to put together with everything we required was supplied.
With some basic tools, some hard work and dedication to detail we now have a fantastic swimming pool which we will enjoy for many years. Our family has enjoyed a great summer and the children are more confident in the water. I would recommend that anyone looking to build their own swimming pool talk to Contour pools first.

Pool Refurbishments
Danny from Finishrite has
just completed a swimming pool makeover
on our pool and it looks fabulous!
Our liner was 24 years old and the exposed
aggregate surround was dated, chipped and
looking awful... Danny arrived at the time
he said he would for a free quote. It was
obvious that he was a man that knew what
he was talking about and we appreciated
his expert advice and cost effective ideas.
Looking at our beautifully restored pool
now, we are so pleased that we trusted
our gut instinct and chose Danny to do
the job even though his quote was much
less than a competitor's quote.
Danny organised and did the full job -
including replacing the old liner, fixing
the surrounding walls, installing underwater
lights and laying beautiful new bull nose
paving surrounds........ we now have a
totally finished, awesome looking pool
for the same price as it would've cost
us for just the liner had we used another
company! (And yes, the liners are the same
high quality - from the same factory).
It's amazing the price difference - Danny
saved us $1000's!
He was always punctual and communicated
with us during the whole process. He gave
us a variety of options and we really valued
his vast experience and his expertise in
helping us to make our choices. He always
cleaned up after himself and seems to be
a perfectionist in his craft. His workmanship
is faultless and the end result looks perfect
- I really don't believe that anyone else
could have done a better job. It has changed
the whole look of the pool, and thanks
to Danny, it is now the attraction it deserves
to be.
If your pool needs anything done to it
I strongly recommend that you choose Danny
at Finishrite to do the job - he really
is the cheapest and yet, in my opinion,
one of the best! You won't be disappointed.

We had an old concrete pool with a leak, and in desperate need for an upgrade.
After we had done considerable investigation we found that resurfacing the pool to look modern was a very expensive job with no guarantees that it would not leak again.
Danny provided an ideal solution with a custom made vinyl liner and the addition of a weir, tile surround and a heat pump.
The upgrade has completely transformed the look of the pool and the heat pump has worked a treat.
Danny was prepared to think outside the square to create the solution we required and produced an outstanding result.
Thanks Danny for transforming our backyard.

Pool Construction
Danny from Finishrite was brilliant. My pool is awesome and the kids love it. The whole process was so easy with sound suggestions and advice being offered, being a female on my own at the time I felt very comfortable that Danny was working with me and that I was given all the options in terms of cost etc. Its not often that I feel that you can trust builders as much as I felt able to leave things in Dannys capable hands!
Am now building again and will definitely be using Finishrite again!
